Criteria
The
following
is the
list of
criteria
for the
2004 COE
program:
Membership
The
chapter
must
initiate
twelve
new
members
in 2004.
State
Event
Attendance
The
chapter
must
attend
All-Star,
Grand
Master’s
Class,
and
Summerfest.
Chapter
attendance
is
defined
as three
members
and one
advisor.
Also,
the
chapter
must
register
on time
for each
of these
events.
Term
Plans
The
chapter
must
submit
two term
plans
for the
year.
These
term
plans
must
meet the
PMC-MSA
guidelines.
Past
Master
Councilors
Meritorious
Service
Award
The
chapter
must
achieve
one
PMC-MSA
in 2004
Iowa
DeMolay
University
The
chapter
must
attend
IDU.
Attendance
is
defined
as two
members,
one of
which
must be
either
the
Senior
or
Junior
Councilor.
Advisory
Council
Each
council
must
meet
monthly,
submit a
quarterly
COE
progress
report
and
increase
the
number
advisors
on the
council
by one
from
2003.
Ritual
The
chapter
must
participate
and
receive
a
qualifying
score in
a team
event at
the
state
ritual
tournament
held at
All-Star
Weekend.
