Iowa DeMolay Retention & Membership Drive 2025-2026 - Previous Program

Program Basics:

- Runs from end of Conclave 2025 until Conclave 2026.

- Attendance based program with bonuses for first line signing petitions.

- Additional bonuses for helping bring back members currently on your chapter roster.

- Chapter minutes will be used as the official record for attendance figures.

What are the levels?

Student Pilot

Requirements:

- Attend minimum of 50% of weekly activities

- Attend minimum of 40% of Stated Meetings

Reward is a free item from the Official DeMolay Store!

First Officer

Requirements:

- Attend minimum of 65% of weekly activities

- Attend minimum of 55% of Stated Meeting

Reward is Student Pilot prize plus a custom sweatshirt (seen below)!

Captain

Requirements:

- Attend minimum of 80% of weekly activities

- Attend minimum of 70% of Stated Meetings

- First line signer on 2 petitions

Reward is Student Pilot prize and First Officer prize plus custom DeMolay wings and Conclave 2027 is FREE!

Additional Bonus Ratings

Instrument Rating

For every first line signed petition, beyond the 2 required for the Captain level, will allow you to gain a bonus credit for a weekly chapter event or stated meeting to use in case you miss an activity.

Multi-Engine Rating

For every chapter member, that has not attended a chapter activity in the past two months, that you assist in returning to regular attendance in the chapter will allow you to select a free DeMolay swag item.

No limit on the number of engines that can be added to your aircraft!
